Mr. Hirsch has over 30 years administrative experience in the healthcare industry managing general acute-care and psychiatric & substance abuse hospitals, residential treatment center programs for youth, and inpatient women offender treatment units. He has been with Kalispell Regional Healthcare since 1999 and held various administrative positions including Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Executive Officer and at present, the Senior Executive Director. He also served as the top administrator of Pathways Treatment Center during this period. Pathways Treatment Center is a psychiatric and substance abuse behavioral health hospital which also offers outpatient, partial hospital, and school based programs for youth.

He holds a Masters degree in education and is a FELLOW in the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and served in various leadership roles with ACHE, the American Hospital Association, and other non-profit human service organizations and community service agencies over the span of his career.

Prior to his move to Kalispell, Montana, Mr. Hirsch served as Chief Executive Officer for a freestanding psychiatric hospital in Longview, Texas; as Regional Administrator for Behavioral Services of a large catholic hospital system in St Louis, Missouri; as Administrator for a large psychiatric and substance abuse inpatient and outpatient service line in Orlando, Florida; and in executive level positions at a large acute care hospital in the Miami, Florida area.
