Rebecca is a multi-disciplinary theatre artist who works across the state of Montana and in Philadelphia, PA.  She is the co-founder of Montana based Viscosity Theatre, where she collaborates with groups of artists to create original productions, such as Ringing Out and Salep & Silk (written by co-founder Josh Wagner), Thisillusionment, Fish & Beauregard, and the popular Viscosity Comedy Cabaret series in Whitefish, MT.

Other directing, performance, and design credits include work with Whitefish Theatre Co. (Oliver, The King & I, Shakespeare: Next Generation, The Little Prince),  The Opera House Theatre Company, The Missoula Writer’s Colony, the Kootenai Heritage Council, The Missoula Children’s Theatre, and the Zoola Playwrights.

She specializes in new play development and physical acting techniques, and is interested in how our outer comportment affects our psychology as performers and people. She thinks a lot about the relevance of live performance in a digital age, and how the reception of it is changing with our brains. She is inspired by all things strange, fantastical, beautiful, common, and devastating.

She graduated with her MFA in Acting from the University of Montana, 2013.
