Robin Schaefer has been involved in fitness, acting, and modeling all her life. Born and raised in Colorado, she become a nationally ranked gymnast by age 9 and participated in all things “performance”, including singing, dancing, acting, theater, and cheerleading. Her love of the arts flourished at age 13 when she selected to play “Tessie” in the Colorado Springs Theatre production of “Annie.” Her cheerleading career culminated with two seasons as an NFL Denver Broncos Cheerleader. Robin was on ESPN 2 as a top five competitor in the Ms. Fitness Pageants and won the Ms. Fitness Hawaiian Islands title.She has graced the cover and pages of various magazines including Fit, Shape, Oxygen, Physical and Max Muscle. She has been featured in “Gilad’s Bodies in Motion” television show, infomercials and DVD’s. She can also be seen on the television series “Baywatch Hawaii” as a lifeguard in the famous red suit. Robin is a fitness and nutrition consultant.
She is currently a monthly contributing editor for Montana Woman Magazine’s “Everyday Fitness.” She resides in Lakeside with her husband Trevor, a former Air Force F-15 fighter pilot, and her two children, Alea and Trent. She is now cheering for her family and community, enjoying her favorite role of a lifetime as “parent” and staying active as Missoula Children’s Theatre chairperson for their school.
